Orders are paid in advance through Xendit (bank transfer, QRIS, cards, e-wallets). Delivery anywhere in Bali by GoSend: Rp 20.000, free from 2 items; pickup at the atelier is at the same price. Kitchen hours: Sunday–Thursday 17:00–22:00, Saturday 19:00–01:00, closed on Friday. Ice cream is a fresh, frozen product: please be reachable at the number on your account when the driver arrives, and keep it in the freezer (10 minutes out before eating).
An unpaid order expires on its own after 30 minutes. A paid order can be cancelled free of charge until the kitchen has accepted it; after that the cups are already being spun for you and cannot be cancelled. If an order arrives damaged, melted or incomplete, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 1 hour of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full to the original payment method within 7 working days. Prepaid packs: unused cups are refunded on request within 30 days of purchase.
Our products contain milk and may contain nuts, peanuts, eggs, gluten and soy. Macros printed on each cup come from independent laboratory tests (SIG Laboratory) of the actual recipe. Our products are not halal-certified.
We store your WhatsApp number, your delivery addresses and your orders to prepare and deliver them. We never sell your data and never message you for marketing without asking first. Payments are processed by Xendit; we never see your card or bank details. To delete your account and data, send us a WhatsApp message.
